Peanut Butter & Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats or buckwheat grits (120 ml)
3/4 cup milk (180 ml)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Optional Toppings:
2 pieces of dark chocolate, melted
optional: berries

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together (except the toppings)

Pour the mixture into a glass/jar/container/bowl
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
Ten minutes before serving add the melted dark chocolate on top, so that it has time to set
Serve with some berries
